Dr. Kistler joined Capital City Medical Associates in 1988. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Berkeley, Calif., and his medical degree from the University of California Medical School in San Francisco, Calif. Dr. Kistler completed his Internship and Residency at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Ore., and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Rush Presbyterian; St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Ill.
