Dr. Rice joined Capital City Medical Associates in 1987. She holds Bachelors in Chemistry and Masters Degrees from Wellesley College, Wellesley, Mass. Her Medical Degree is from the Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Mo. She completed her Residency at Barnes Hospital and Fellowship in Rheumatology at Washington University, both in St. Louis.
